Our Spinach Cheese Calzone is a local favorite. A spicy, cheesy delight, the calzone is a great alone or with a side of tomato sauce. The crust is made with organic, stone-ground whole wheat flour and sweetened with honey. The filling is made with mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, spinach, crushed red pepper, herbs and spices. They are partially pre-baked when you buy them; we recommend baking them in the oven or toaster oven for 30-45 minutes at 325-350°F, until the crust is nicely browned on top. (The Spinach Cheese Calzone can be prepared straight from the freezer, or after defrosting).

(CRUST): Organic stone ground whole wheat flour, water, non-GMO soy oil, honey, vital wheat gluten, sea salt, soy lecithin, yeast & eggs.
