At Nature's Bakery Cooperative, we bake a variety of sliced breads, a fluffy whole grain pita bread, and a wheat-free flatbread. We use stone-ground, North American-grown, organic whole wheat flour in all of our breads, as well as a variety of grains, seeds and other quality ingredients. Nature's Bakery is committed to working with small, local distributors, and we use fresh, organic ingredients in our breads whenever possible.
We do not use artificial preservatives in our bread (only natural, apple cider vinegar). As a result, our fresh bread is a perishable product. It may be left out on your table or counter for 2-3 days, but it should be frozen or refrigerated as soon as possible thereafter. Due to the perishable nature of our breads, availability is limited to our regional area. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
For freshly-baked bread at great prices, please visit our storefront on Williamson Street during bread bakes on Monday and Thursday afternoons, or call ahead to place an order. Our bread is delivered fresh to our client stores on Tuesdays and Fridays.
