At Nature's Bakery Cooperative, we bake an array of sliced breads, a fluffy whole grain pita bread, and Whole Wheat Buns. We use stone-ground, North American-grown, organic whole wheat flour in all of our breads, as well as a variety of grains, seeds and other quality ingredients. Nature's Bakery is committed to working with small, local distributors; we use fresh, organic ingredients in our breads whenever possible.
We do not use artificial preservatives in our bread (only natural, apple cider vinegar). As a result, our fresh bread is an extremely perishable product. It may be left out on your table or counter for 2-3 days, but should be frozen immediately or after around 3 days to ensure the best taste and texture. Due to the perishable nature of our breads, availability is limited to our regional area. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
